All the fluid contactable wetted parts are manufactured in high grade stainless steel for use with waterborne and corrosive materials if required. The DeVilbiss GFHV 2000 is the gravity feed spray gun within the 2000 series range of HVLP spray guns. A range of Air Cap, Fluid Tip and Needle combinations is available to suit virtually all industrial paints, coatings, stains, lacquers, lubricants and adhesives. The redesigned, lightweight paint cup is now manufactured in "Acetal" for ease of cleaning. The cup features a self-sealing lid design and a drip-check device in the lid to avoid leakage when working at severe angles with full material loads. |
| The DeVilbiss AGGS has an advanced technical specification to provide excellent atomisation and to comfortably operate at speeds to match high production rates. With a rapid response rate of up to 480 cycles per minute at full pattern width the gun is ideal for production installations requiring high fluid flows. Fluid passages and connections are manufactured in stainless steel and the sprayhead has ports for fluid recirculation if appropriate to the application requirements. |  |
