JGHV 2000 C/W CUP The DeVilbiss JGHV 2000 HVLP spraygun complete with suction feed cup combines the proven, high efficiency performance of DeVilbiss HVLP atomisation with the tried and trusted fit, feel and balance of the world famous JGA/GFG gun models. Built to withstand continuous production line duty the gun body is produced in drop forged aluminium followed by electroless nickel plating for durability and easy cleaning. DeVilbiss HVLP guns will reduce environmental emissions, improve working conditions, extend booth filter life and provide immediate paint savings to reduce paint shop operating costs.

The DeVilbiss JGHV 2000 HVLP spraygun offers all the benefits of the JGHV 2000 gun and cup, with the additional facility to be fed from a remote paint supply. All the fluid contactable wetted parts are manufactured in high grade stainless steel for use with waterborne and corrosive materials if required. DeVilbiss Air Caps, Fluid Tips and Needles are made to exacting tolerances and the JGHV 2000 produces finely atomised patterns with first class, uniform material distribution throughout the spray pattern profile. GFHV 2000 GRAVITY FEED SPRAY GUN The DeVilbiss GFHV 2000 is the gravity feed spray gun within the 2000 series range of HVLP spray guns. A range of Air Cap, Fluid Tip and Needle combinations is available to suit virtually all industrial paints, coatings, stains, lacquers, lubricants and adhesives. The redesigned, lightweight paint cup is now manufactured in "Acetal" for ease of cleaning. The cup features a self-sealing lid design and a drip-check device in the lid to avoid leakage when working at severe angles with full material loads.

The DeVilbiss AGGS has an advanced technical specification to provide excellent atomisation and to comfortably operate at speeds to match high production rates. With a rapid response rate of up to 480 cycles per minute at full pattern width the gun is ideal for production installations requiring high fluid flows. Fluid passages and connections are manufactured in stainless steel and the sprayhead has ports for fluid recirculation if appropriate to the application requirements. AGGS AUTOMATIC HVLP GUN
